Location: Cookeville, TN (Travel to Crossville, TN as needed)

Start Date: 08/31/2026

End Date: 11/30/2026

Shift: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day shift)

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licensing/Certifications: Active Tennessee Medical License, Active Tennessee DEA

Experience: Women's health background including prenatal and well-woman care

Hourly Pay Rate: $66.83

What You'll Do

• Provide antepartum care across all trimesters and well-woman exams
• Manage contraceptive counseling and healthcare plans
• Collaborate with MDs, CNMs, and social workers for comprehensive care
• Use Athena EMR and AI Scribe for documentation support
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document and manage high-risk OB cases with physician oversight
• Educate patients on preventive and reproductive health

Required:

• Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active Tennessee Medical License
• Active Tennessee DEA registration
• Experience with women's health, prenatal, and contraceptive management

Preferred:

• Prior experience with high-risk OB care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
