Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), with mandatory weekend shifts (at least 8 per contract) and holidays as needed. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care in the Emergency Department, working with both adult and pediatric patients. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, with a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Responsibilities Administer blood products and manage central lines. Perform phlebotomy and start IVs as needed. Handle continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressor administration. Administer procedural sedation and monitor patients accordingly. Manage CPAP/BiPAP for ventilated patients and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs). Conduct triage and work effectively in a modified patient ratio environment (1:5). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting. Active RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are mandatory. Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
