Position Summary: We are hiring immediately for a motivated sales professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, guide clients through the car-buying process, present BMW vehicles with confidence, and help drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information and professional BMW vehicle demonstrations. Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay current on BMW models, features, financing options, and market trends. Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized showroom environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
