What You’ll Do: * Greet and assist customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process transparently and confidently. * Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations. * Work with management and F&I to ensure a seamless sales experience. * Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business. * Stay current on manufacturer programs, inventory, and incentives.
