Finance AssociateReporting to Senior Manager, the Finance Associate, this is a high-growth opportunity for a motivated professional to join our finance team. The Finance Associate will be a key contributor across a variety of financial functions, playing a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our daily operations. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles, eager to learn and develop a broad range of skills in a fast-paced environment. This role will be located at the regional head office in Tucson, Arizona.Role Responsibilities:Vendor and Contract Management: Assist with the onboarding of new vendors, manage vendor inquiries, and help maintain accurate vendor and contract records.Operational Accounting Support: Support daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.General Ledger Assistance: Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, and support month-end and year-end close activities.Data Analysis and Reporting: Help gather and analyze financial data to support internal reporting and provide insights to leadership.Process Improvement: Identify and propose solutions to streamline financial processes.Minimum Qualifications and Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) or a willingness to learn quickly.Other Requirements:Physical – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
