Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist to provide high-quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray examinations that assist in diagnosis or treatment. The ideal candidate will independently perform these procedures and produce images for analysis by licensed practitioners.LocationBig Sky, MontanaShift DetailsDay shift: 6 on 8 off12-hour shiftsNo call required, with no expectation to work additional holidaysMinimum QualificationsGraduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalentDocumented competencies in Radiology, CT, and MRICurrent Montana Licensure as a Radiologic TechnologistARRT advanced certification in both CT and MRIAmerican Heart Association BLS certificationTwo (2) years of prior radiology experienceTwo (2) years of previous CT and/or MRI experiencePreferred QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor degree in healthcare-related studiesEssential Job FunctionsPerform quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams for all patient populations, including NICU, CCU, & ED as requested by medical staff.Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and reliability.Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as required.Perform necessary ancillary duties for the distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures.Document all information required for the proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.Retrieve written orders and related health information to ensure timely performance and reporting of exams.Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of hospital quality indicators.Support and train peers as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrates sound judgment, patience, and professionalism.Exercises tact, discretion, and sensitivity while maintaining confidentiality.Performs effectively in a busy and stressful environment.Proficient in current and new computer applications and office equipment.Possesses strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.Schedule RequirementsThis position requires regular attendance. Flexibility is needed as the role may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, which can include weekends and after-hours shifts.
