No call and no expectation to work additional holidays.Job DescriptionThe Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist delivers high-quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment. This role involves independently performing MRI, CT, and X-Ray procedures, producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.ResponsibilitiesPerform quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams for all patient populations, including NICU, CCU, and ED as requested by medical staff.Operate independently while maintaining attention to detail and customer needs.Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as appropriate.Perform ancillary duties to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures.Complete required documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of hospital quality indicators.Support and train peers in their roles.Required ExperienceTwo (2) years of previous radiology experience.Two (2) years of previous CT and/or MRI experience.Certifications / LicensureMontana Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) advanced certification in both CT and MRI.American Heart Association BLS certification.
