Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for daily office operations
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage electronic files, records, and office documentation
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff
• Utilize Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Drive, and other office software to maintain records and workflows
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
• Maintain organized filing systems and office procedures
• Support multiple team members while managing competing priorities
• Learn company processes and procedures through note-taking, training, and active communication
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and Google Drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-facing abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction, ask questions, and adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience working in a trade service company is preferred but not required
• Garage door industry experience is not required but considered a plus
