Sales Engineer
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Sales Engineer in Plano, TX to bridge customer needs with laboratory operations. The role combines technical expertise in testing services with business development, managing quotes and proposals while supporting the sales team across safety, hazardous locations, and EMC/wireless testing.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope with customers and coordinate between client and operations team
- Drive new and existing business through research, prospecting, and solution selling in core safety and EMC/wireless segments
- Manage quotes, proposals, and RFQs ensuring proper standards, pricing, and timely delivery
- Support national sales team and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Represent company at trade shows and industry events to build relationships and generate leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred) or AA/AS with relevant experience
- Leadership experience in laboratory setting, preferably in Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry
- Strong business acumen and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage ITAR technical data and work independently in fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills across all management levels
- Physical capability to sit extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
