Job Description
The fashion sales associate/cashier is responsible for greeting and assisting customers as well as stocking new merchandise and maintaining the appearance of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Creates a friendly and welcoming environment by greeting and offering assistance to all customers
- Must provide excellent customer service, be sociable and energetic
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Organize and straighten merchandise areas on the sales floor
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in men’s and women’s clothing and accessories is required
- Knowledge of designer labels and current styles is desired
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.
