Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral analysis, consultation, and intervention for students requiring intensive special education and therapeutic support within the Pyramid Program.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and program staff to design and implement data-driven behavior plans.
• Evaluate students’ needs and progress, regularly presenting professional recommendations to multidisciplinary teams.
• Train and support faculty in best practices based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Attend and participate in school meetings; occasional after-school hours may be required.
• Document and report on interventions, outcomes, and progress in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure, with proven experience in educational or pediatric behavioral settings.
• Thorough understanding of special education services and best practices for students with intensive behavioral and emotional needs.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and the development of individual behavioral programs.
• Ability to start promptly, with flexibility to shadow the outgoing BCBA until transitioning into the primary role.
