Accounts Receivable Specialist

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA, location for an Accounts Receivable Specialist Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Billing and account reconciliation
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Manage tax exemption for customer accounts
- Work closely and communicate with other Scott Electric Company departments, such as sales, customer service, accounts payable, and credit
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years education or experience in accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must submit to a background check and drug testing

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
