Key Responsibilities for the AP Specialist:
• The AP Specialist will process, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Perform 2-way matching against purchase orders and documentation
• The AP Specialist will reconcile and manage corporate credit card expenses
• Set up new vendors and maintain W-9 documentation and vendor files
• The AP Specialist will support AP reporting and assist the accounting team as needed




Qualifications for the AP Specialist:
• 2+ years of accounts payable or related experience
• Experience with invoice processing, coding, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to manage consistent workflow and documentation follow-up
