Neurology NP | Physician-Owned Practice | 6 weeks PTO | Nevada - Reno - Tahoe

The Sage Neuroscience Specialists are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a fulfilling role with autonomy, strong support, and work‑life balance. Position Highlights 

1. Employment Type: Full-time 
2. Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm   
3. Call: None
4. Patient Volume: About 9–12 patients daily (varies)
5. Practice Setting: Sage Neuroscience new clinic; 1 Physician, 2 APRNs, 4 medical assistants, and 3 technologists 
6. Technology: Advanced MD
   

Responsibilities

• Provide care for outpatient neurological patients, including care coordination and referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, other APPs, and support staff
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities 
• Perform procedures such as skin biopsies, botox administration for migraines, and VNS programming (practice will provide training)
• Document care using Advanced MD EHR and respond to patient concerns

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Between $130K-$165K salary range (based on experience and scope of practice)

Required Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified NP (Board Certification required upon time of start) 

• Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license

• New graduates and experienced NPs are encouraged to apply
