Competitive pay rate $18.00-$22.00 an hour - paid weekly (based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team.The ideal candidate willbe responsible foraccurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are picked according to customer specifications. This role is crucial inmaintainingefficiency and accuracy within our operations. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders based on customer requests and shipping schedules.Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists to ensure completeness and correctness. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and effectively (if applicable). Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assistwith inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications 1 yearwarehouseexperience preferred. High School diploma preferred Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Standup Forklift Preferred Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy inorderpicking. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingquality standards. Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. All other duties as assigned.
