Rehabilitation Nurse

This position is for a day shift in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Duties include performing the same tasks as a medical floor, except administering Heparin drips. The population served includes a high number of neuro patients. Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons. Demonstrate the ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Weekly Pay: $2141 - $2254

License: Current Registered Nurse license
