Role Senior Consultants and Associates are critical members of our consulting team, working side‑by‑side with our clients. Initial responsibilities may include: Managing the execution of individual project workstreams—including developing hypotheses; managing data collection, model creation and analyses; conducting primary and secondary research; creatively tackling information limitations; and surfacing insights. Synthesizing findings into written presentations; reviewing and discussing with clients and other stakeholders. Supporting our partner group in project delivery through accurate and high‑quality execution. Reporting to engagement managers and principals, effectively seeking guidance for technical expertise or senior‑level advice on project execution and client engagement. Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets. Desired Skills and Experience At least 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization). Experience within retail, consumer goods, telecommunications, software/technology, media industries preferred, but not required. Familiarity/experience with a range of analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Python). A strong background in strategic problem‑solving with demonstrable analytical skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings. An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Willingness to travel. Ability to take initiative, seeking opportunities to learn new skills and apply existing ones. Creativity: ready to generate novel solutions for clients’ biggest problems. Aptitude for analytical work, such as extracting insights from large data sets or isolating key issues in complex challenges. A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our talented team. The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $205,000 CAD.
