DPT Physical Therapist (Home Care) - Full Time

MLR is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Home Care Physical Therapist to deliver top-notch physical therapy services to our clients in their homes. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in physical therapy, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for assisting individuals in reaching their health and wellness objectives.

Responsibilities for a Home Care Physical Therapist:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Administer hands-on therapy and exercise programs to enhance clients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Educate clients and their families on methods to manage and prevent physical limitations.
• Track and document clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications for a Home Care Physical Therapist:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in home care or a related setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
