Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive L&D/OB nursing care across labor, delivery, and postpartum units
- Monitor fetal status and maternal condition; perform ongoing assessments and document changes
- Support laboring patients through all stages of labor; administer medications and pain relief as ordered
- Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean births, in collaboration with the OB/GYN team
- Manage postpartum care, discharge planning, and patient education for new families
- Respond to obstetric emergencies per protocol and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members (nursing, physicians, anesthesia, neonatology)

Requirements
- Current Montana RN license or qualifying compact license
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate AWHONN certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/L&D and postpartum care
- Experience in OB, labor & delivery, and postpartum care with ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients
- Ability to work night shifts with on-call schedule; flexibility for occasional day coverage
- Ability to work in a hospital setting in Anaconda, Montana
