ð Job Summary:

ð Mercedes-Benz is seeking an experienced & highly motivated Automotive Manager to oversee âï¸ operations in our ð¬ dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ð automotive management, ð¼ sales, ð customer service, & ð operational efficiency. This role requires a ð results-driven leader with a passion for ð luxury automobiles & an ability to deliver ð exceptional customer experiences.

ð Key Responsibilities:

ð Oversee day-to-day âï¸ operations in ð° sales, ð§ service, or ð¦ operations departments, ensuring seamless execution of ð business objectives.
ðï¸ Develop & implement strategies to improve ð sales performance, ð customer satisfaction, & overall â¡ operational efficiency.
ð¨âð« Lead, ð mentor, & ð©âð« train a team of ð automotive professionals, fostering a ð high-performance culture.
ð Monitor & analyze ð key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental ð success & implement corrective actions as needed.
â Ensure compliance with ð¢ company policies, ðï¸ industry regulations, & â ï¸ safety standards.
ð° Manage ð budgets, expenses, & profitability targets, optimizing ðµ revenue generation.
ð£ Collaborate with ð¢ marketing & ð customer experience teams to enhance ð brand visibility & engagement.
ð ï¸ Resolve ð¤ customer complaints & ensure a â premium service experience aligned with ð Mercedes-Benz standards.
ð¤ Maintain strong relationships with ð¦ stakeholders, including ð vendors, ð¬ suppliers, & ð¢ corporate teams.
ð¡ Stay updated on ð industry trends, ð market conditions, & ð¬ technological advancements in ð automotive innovation.

ð Qualifications & Requirements:

ð Bachelorâs degree in ð¢ Business Administration, ð Automotive Management, or a related field (â preferred).
ð Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ð automotive management, preferably in a ð luxury vehicle brand.
ð Proven track record in ð° sales, ð§ service, or ð¦ operational leadership within the ð automotive industry.
ð Strong leadership, ð£ï¸ communication, & ð¤ interpersonal skills.
â Exceptional ð customer service orientation with a passion for ð the automotive industry.
ð Ability to analyze ð financial reports & manage ð° budgets effectively.
ð» Proficiency in ð¥ï¸ CRM systems, ð¬ dealership management software, & ð¢ Microsoft Office Suite.
ð§ Strong problem-solving abilities with a ð¯ strategic & ð results-driven mindset.
