I’m married, born and raised in Memphis, and hold an insurance degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated endurance athlete — having completed the Leadville 100 multiple times and several Ironman races — which reflects the discipline, resilience, and goal‑driven mindset that shape our agency. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Haaga - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
