Accounts Payable Specialist

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Pevely, MO Job Id: 105 # of Openings: 1 This position will assist in managing vendor relationships, ensure accurate financial records, and support day-to-day operations. Reports to: Director, Controller Key Responsibilities Review and enter high volume invoices into the FMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Review proof of delivery documents and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain relationships with vendors. Respond to vendor inquiries timely. Prepare and process daily check runs and ACH payments in the EAP system. Qualifications Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics transportation. Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in a billing or financial analysis role. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage starting at $22-$30.
