Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.

• Engage in community outreach activities that include workshops and educational sessions aimed at reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those facing various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
