Global Revenue Growth Manager - FMCG Food

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join a well-established international food manufacturer at a pivotal point in its commercial transformation. This is not a typical RGM role. Rather than inheriting a mature Revenue Growth Management function, you'll be responsible for embedding and developing newly established pricing and commercial disciplines across a global business. Working directly with the Head of Commercial Strategy, you'll take ownership of frameworks and tools developed through an extensive transformation programme and help shape the future direction of Revenue Growth Management within the organisation. Opportunity Operating across international markets and multiple sales channels, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category and Procurement to deliver commercially driven pricing decisions that improve profitability and support long-term growth. Initially, this is a highly hands-on position. You'll own the day-to-day application of pricing and RGM tools, embedding new ways of working across the business while continually evolving processes and governance. As the function develops, there will be the opportunity to influence its future direction and play a key role in building long-term RGM capability. Key Responsibilities Embed and develop Revenue Growth Management capability across the business. Own pricing, promotional and trade investment frameworks. Deliver pricing recommendations that drive profitable growth. Analyse commercial performance, identifying opportunities to optimise margin and product mix. Lead annual pricing reviews and support inflation recovery strategies. Establish governance around promotional planning and post-event evaluation. Partner with Finance, Sales, Category and Marketing to support commercial decision-making. Support innovation pricing, range optimisation and price pack architecture. Build strong relationships across the business, influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights. Develop reporting, processes and governance that support sustainable commercial decision-making. About You We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with analytical capability and enjoys working in an environment where they can build, influence and improve. You'll ideally have: Experience within Revenue Growth Management, Pricing or Commercial Strategy. FMCG or branded consumer goods experience. Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment and commercial analytics. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders. Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience working across cross-functional teams. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Why Apply?
