ServiceNow Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• The ServiceNow Project Manager facilitates obtaining the business case and requirements, creates project plans and makes appropriate adjustments to scope, schedule, budget and other resources based upon the needs of the projects and programs and is responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project, program and portfolio work efforts
• Has significant communications accountability to business leaders, ITS leadership and consultants with regard to project, program and portfolio strategy, status and change management
• Works with ITS and the business to develop metrics and reporting for projects, programs, portfolios and budgets and builds and maintains scorecards
• Considered a subject matter expert and is adept at blending the range of services from the Project Management/ITS Business Office with industry best practices in project and portfolio management, budget/procurement, Methodology, metrics/score boarding, governance and/or ITS workforce management and development
• Designs, develops and implements formal project, program, and portfolio management, budget and procurement, Methodology and/or ITS workforce management and development standards, software, processes, templates and tools that align ITS to corporate goals
• The ServiceNow Project Manager communicates, trains and supports these standards, software, processes and tools within the ITS department and the business community

* PMP preferred * Proven, formal, IT Project Management experience * Experience managing corporate IT infrastructure initiatives * Experience implementing the ServiceNow SPM and PPM Modules * Experience using ServiceNow to manage Agile and Waterfall projects * Experience in documenting processes * Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills are a must
