Product Owner

Job Description

Integrated into our teams at our Factory or with our clients, you will work in a Product Owner position. Your missions:

  • Know the target product vision and convey it to all your contacts
  • Build the product's quarterly roadmap in conjunction with the PM or PMO with whom you will work
  • Ensure the correct prioritization of the backlog and know how to explain it
  • Design functionalities in detail with the team members (UX/UI designers, back/front developers, marketing, operations, etc.), and take care to reconcile user, business, and technical issues
  • Lead functional design workshops with end users
  • Adapt to methodologies according to project needs (Kanban, SCRUM or Waterfall)
  • Translate features into user stories (or specifications) and pilot the backlog
  • Define and follow KPIs to ensure the relevance of actions
  • Ensure quality and acceptance of tests
  • Communicate on the progress of product realization and the roadmap to the product team and stakeholders
  • Participate in the improvement of internal business processes
  • Train end users

    • Technical skills:

    • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
    Required Profile

    The profile of an Amiltonian: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree +4/5 (Master/Engineering School), you have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner. Always on the lookout for new technologies, you are a force of proposal on technologies, tools, or processes that allow for improving the quality of code and the stability of our applications. In addition to your technical skills, we are also interested in your potential and motivation. Our positions are open to people with disabilities.
