Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging and general X-ray procedures in the CT/X-ray suite, ensuring proper patient positioning and high-quality images.
- Administer IV contrast when indicated, monitor patients during contrast administration, and follow safety protocols.
- Operate CT equipment, adjust parameters, and perform basic post-processing and image reconstructions in collaboration with radiologists.
- Manage images using the PACS, document procedures in the charting system, and support image quality initiatives.
- Maintain radiation safety practices, verify patient and equipment safety, and assist with patient positioning and comfort during exams.
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage, on-call duties, and floating to other imaging areas as needed to meet departmental coverage.

Requirements
- NY state license in hand to submit and must have upon start
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification
- IV certification
- EPIC charting proficiency required
- Experience: 1-2 years CT/X-ray imaging; 2 years preferred per notes, 1 year minimum per compliance
- ARRT CT preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital imaging department on a travel assignment
- RTO (time off) requests must not exceed 10 days
