As a Shop Manager, you will lead a high-performing team in creating an exceptional client experience in our relaxing, masculine BarberSpa™ environment—where every service contributes to our mission of Total Man Care. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, mentor your team of grooming professionals, and ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and recharged. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented luxury service environment. Key Responsibilities Lead shop operations to deliver consistent, world-class service and exceed client expectations Build and develop a driven team of grooming professionals Drive revenue through memberships, retail, and service excellence Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client experience Requirements Proven leadership experience in a service-driven environment (salon, spa, or hospitality preferred) Strong business acumen with a track record of hitting sales and operational goals Genuine ability to build meaningful relationships with clients because lasting connections are what create loyal guests and dedicated members Passion for men’s grooming and creating memorable client experiences Ability to work flexible schedules, typical set schedule is Tuesday-Saturday What We Offer Starting base salary of $60,000 + performance bonus Health insurance with employer contribution Paid Time Off Career growth opportunities, including training and traveling to help open new locations around the state for top-performing and passionate team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
