Regional Sales Representative

I'm partnered with a well-established growth-focused organization serving the HVAC, home services, and contractor market that is looking to add a Regional Sales Representative to its team. This is a true hunter role focused on building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding market presence throughout the Midwest. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities Build relationships with business owners, operators, and executive decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement Develop and execute a territory growth strategy Attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout the region Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition after the sale Ideal Background: 3+ years of B2B sales experience Experience selling marketing services, digital solutions, software, professional services, or consultative business solutions Experience working with HVAC, home services, contractors, construction, trades, or related industries is highly preferred Comfortable with approximately 20-30% travel Must be located near a major airport Compensation: Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $150K-$170K+ Uncapped Commission Structure Remote Flexibility Preferred Locations: Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Louisville, Lexington, or surrounding markets.
