Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Order processing for customers related to the parts business, including US & Canadian dealers, national accounts, state & government agencies, international distributors, consumer credit card orders, and internal customers. Internal and external order processing, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), product registration support, and dealer locator support. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams—including TAC, DC staff, and sourcing—to resolve issues. Apply field promotions to ensure pricing and terms are executed correctly. Report process and system issues related to order processing to leadership. Process credit card orders and related transactions. Attend required trainings and stay current with system and product information, changes, and updates. Identify and recommend process improvements for workflows. Qualifications Completion of a two‑year post‑high‑school program, high school diploma, or GED. Minimum of 2 years of customer‑service experience. Ability to make decisions and solve problems with leadership direction. Use judgment to evaluate the need for policy exceptions to meet customer expectations while adhering to guidelines and procedures. Ability to support special projects and additional duties as assigned. Ability to multitask or change direction on short notice. Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Location Brillion, WI.
