As a Dispatcher , you will play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly by coordinating technicians, customers, and field leadership throughout the day. You’ll be responsible for assigning the right technician to the right call, monitoring schedules and job progress, and making real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency and customer service. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to stay focused and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Employees must be able to frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged computer screen use, frequent verbal communication, and the ability to maintain focus while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
