Accounts Payable Specialist- NetSuite Required!

Vaco Arizona is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a top company in Phoenix! This is a hybrid, contract opportunity offering up to $34/hour. If you have strong AP experience and are comfortable working in NetSuite, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make an immediate impact. Responsibilities: Full-cycle accounts payable processing (invoices, payments, vendor management) Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with general accounting tasks as needed Support light month-end close activities Requirements: 3–5 years of accounts payable experience Experience with NetSuite Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
