Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite Experience)

Job Summary Vaco Arizona partnered with an organization in Phoenix to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a contract opportunity based in Phoenix, AZ, paying up to $32 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payments. Assist with check runs, ACH, and wire processing. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Support account reconciliations and assist with general accounting tasks. Play a key role in documenting AP processes within NetSuite. Help establish and standardize procedures that the team will follow moving forward. Requirements 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Strong background in process documentation. Experience with NetSuite. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay up to $32 depending on experience. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
