This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead social-first concepting and campaign storytelling, shaping how a celebrated brand captivates its vast audience across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will be instrumental in translating marketing briefs into breakthrough ideas and compelling creative solutions, directly influencing the brand's voice and engagement through hands-on execution from ideation through final delivery. This role is more than just creating posts; you will think in comprehensive campaigns, building compelling social narratives that contribute to a larger brand world, acting as a content creator, a strategic conceptor, and a cultural trend-spotter.


What You'll Do

• Lead social-first creative concepting for product launches, brand campaigns, and cultural moments, developing scalable ideas for both owned and paid channels.
• Proactively identify emerging platform and cultural trends, translating them into unique, fashion-forward brand moments.
• Capture, create, and edit high-performing, mobile-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms with speed and precision.
• Manage the daily social content calendar rollout and execution, balancing high-volume output with premium, editorial-quality craft.
• Concept, shoot, and execute approximately 15-30 unique net-new organic social assets per week, comprising a mix of video and graphic content.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts daily, including ordering product samples, props, content capture, editing, routing, and final asset delivery.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, advertising, or brand creative, with a preference for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven experience in both concepting and hands-on content capture.
• A social media obsession with a sharp artistic eye and strong instinct for trends, algorithms, and culturally relevant moments.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite of programs, including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Savvy in mobile-first editing tools such as CapCut, Reels in-app, and TikTok in-app.
• Ability to shoot high-quality, content creator-style videos using both an iPhone and a DSLR camera.
• Fast and polished editing skills, capable of same-day turnaround for urgent content.
• Fluency in platform-native formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories) and current trends, sounds, and editing styles.
• Basic photography skills using both DSLR and iPhone.
• Strong concepting ability, with the confidence to pitch original ideas and remix trends with an on-brand twist.
• Speed and adaptability in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
• Exceptional brand sensibility and luxury taste, understanding elevated beauty and fashion content.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly to refine creative outputs.
• Experience shooting both product-focused and product-only content.
• A great attitude and willingness to be a hands-on team player, pitching in to get anything across the finish line.
