About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and vision for the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the college, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The Dean will also be tasked with managing faculty and staff, developing and implementing academic programs, and promoting research and innovation within the college.
