As an Operations Specialist, you’ll use your skills to establish structure, support logistics, keep track of details and drive continuous improvement to help align our infrastructure. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in helping build a sustainable and responsible workforce that fuels the Bible translation movement Together with the Senior Director and workgroup members, you’ll contribute to projects and resource initiatives that advance the mission. You’ll use your communication, problem solving and analytical skills to help ensure our workforce partnership systems reflect our organizational/team ethos, while remaining responsive to internal/external partners in efforts to attain greater missional effectiveness. You’ll make an impact when you … Execute tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Provide administrative support, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel logistics coordination. Prepare professional presentations and other documents. Proofread and edit for clarity and accuracy. Aid in the strategic development of position descriptions, a critical component of workforce planning and accountability. Engage in verbal, phone, in-person, and electronic communication. Exhibit action-oriented behavior, taking the initiative to complete assigned tasks and projects promptly. Partner on the development and implementation of improvements. Contribute to change management by maintaining order, stability and alignment to the organizational objectives and priorities. Other duties as assigned by Senior Director of Workforce Partnership and Vice President of Global Workforce Services. Other Requirements: Must have a strong reliable internet and phone connection. Ability and willingness to alter work schedules in order to work off-hours as needed across time zones. Have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three of experience in Administrative support, project management, Business, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Have Project management experience and/or working experience in managing logistics or projects. Job Location: Orlando, USA You must be legally authorized to work in the United States as per U.S. employment laws. Compensation Wycliffe Bible Translators is a faith-based organization, and as supported staff (missionary), you will receive a non-traditional salary (including benefits and ministry expenses) through the faithful giving of your personal partnership team. We provide extensive training and resources as you build your financial and prayer partnership team.
