Google Pixel Sales Specialist - Best Buy

Are you a fiercely competitive sales professional with a documented history of crushing your goals? We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to take ownership of the Google ecosystem inside a dedicated Best Buy retail store.

Your ultimate goal is simple: maximize Google Pixel & Fitbit sales in your location. You will serve as the relentless in-store brand ambassador, actively pursuing every opportunity to get Pixel & Fitbit devices into the hands of customers. You will not only drive your own direct sales but also act as the "Pixel Guru" for the Best Buy retail team, elevating their confidence to pitch the brand and effectively multiplying your sales impact on the floor.

• Contract: Program will run til January 10, 2027, with potential for extension
• Schedule: 32 hours/week | Thursday – Sunday (Confirming 4-day block)
• Shift Window: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM local time

• Compensation: $27/Hour + Bonus

Responsibilities

1. Direct Sales & Ecosystem Growth (The Ultimate Goal)

• Drive Relentless Growth: Take complete ownership of increasing Pixel & Fitbit device and ecosystem sales within the store.

• Sell Exclusively Pixel: Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices

• Over-Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.

2. In-Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication

• Empower the Best Buy Team: Build strategic relationships with Best Buy store associates. Coach them, conduct high-energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are comfortably and frequently selling Pixel & Fitbit to their own customers.

• Be the Resident Expert: Act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel & Fitbit, demonstrating cutting-edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal.

• Team Selling: Seamlessly step in to assist Best Buy reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android & Fitbit devices.

3. Brand Presence & Merchandising

• Maintain the Stage: Ensure the Google Pixel & Fitbit display areas are pristine, fully functional, and visually dominating the retail floor.

• Amplify the Brand: Keep the store environment energized and hyper-focused on current Google or Fitbit promotions to capture customer attention immediately.

• Base Pay: A competitive guaranteed hourly rate.

• Spiff Program: Earn an immediate cash bonus (spiff) for every qualifying Pixel device and ecosystem accessory you sell.

• Over-Performance Bonuses: Unlock massive earning potential with lucrative bonuses tied to hitting and exceeding structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Over-Performer: A strong background in sales with a historical track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs. Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

• Self-Driven & Self-Motivated: You operate with a high sense of urgency, take initiative without needing to be micromanaged, and always hunt for the next sale.

• Fierce Competitive Streak: You are driven by leaderboards, performance metrics, and the desire to be the absolute best on the floor.

• Charismatic Closer: High energy, approachable, and possessing the natural confidence needed to approach customers, overcome objections, and close deals.

• Coach & Mentor: The ability to teach and inspire others, leveraging the existing Best Buy staff to help you achieve your ultimate goal of increasing overall Pixel & Fitbit volume.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• Must have own vehicle to transport equipment (all equipment can fit in standard trunk)
