Maintenance Tech 2

Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative upkeep on guest rooms and hotel facilities
• Respond promptly to guest service requests (e.g., fixing lights, plumbing issues, HVAC problems)
• Inspect rooms, hallways, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical systems
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
• Complete work orders and maintain maintenance logs/records
• Assist with room turns by ensuring everything is in proper working condition
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff to prioritize repairs
• Handle basic painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
