Litigation Associate

We are a respected Chicago defense litigation firm known for our deep bench in trucking & transportation, construction defense, products liability, and toxic tort litigation. We represent insurers, self-insured carriers, contractors, and manufacturers in high-exposure, complex civil litigation across Illinois and nationally. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team, with a focus on civil defense matters involving trucking, transportation, and/or construction negligence claims. This is an opportunity to work alongside seasoned trial attorneys on sophisticated, high-stakes cases for institutional and insurance industry clients. What You'll Bring Proven experience in tort defense litigation Background handling trucking/transportation liability and/or construction negligence/defect matters Strong writing, motion practice, and discovery skills Comfort managing an active caseload with defense-side clients and insurers Salary and Other Compensation: The base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually.
