Job Title: Bank Teller Job Description

As a Bank Teller, you will offer members and prospective members the full range of products and services, including depository accounts like checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts. You will also provide lending products and credit/debit cards, performing moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Additionally, you will assist and train lower-level team members.

• Analyse, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts and loans.
• Assist members with submitting consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
• Counsel current and prospective members on products and services.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in an inbound call centre environment.
• Proficiency in banking and finance.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in a customer service team.
• Background in finance.

This is a Contract position based out of Rosedale, MD.

The pay range for this position is $21.82 - $21.82/hr.
