Are you ready? As our part of the Mechanical Ground Support Equipment project management team, the candidate will be the IPT lead for several LE Mechanical Refresh projects. This will include leading, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA) on multiple contract line-item numbers (CLINs).Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will…Effectively manage project performance.Work with partnering organizations (Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping/Receiving etc.) to ensure all processes are appropriately followed and implemented to ensure smooth product flow throughout the lifecycleIdentify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plansSupport proposal development for future contract years.Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the Senior Manager & the Functional Managers.Support Control Account Managers with monthly VARs / DDMsPresent status to Navy Partners & Internal Stakeholders.Our employees working in this level of position typically have 2-4 years of experience.
