Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for establishing implementing and maintaining KDMs quality management systems and processes. Ensuring that all products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and company standards. This role oversees all QC inspection and audit activities leads root cause analysis and corrective action programs and partners closely with Production Operations and department leadership to drive continuous improvement across the facility. The ideal candidate is a data-driven detail-oriented leader who is equally comfortable on the production floor and in a management meeting and who takes personal ownership of KDMs quality reputation.

Location

• Cincinnati OH (In-Office/On-Site)
• This is a full-time in-office position based in Cincinnati Ohio.
• Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Compensation

• $85000 - $115000 annually
• Compensation is based on experience education qualifications and demonstrated expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in quality management Manufacturing Operations Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting audits investigations root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes documentation inspections and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.

Preferred

• Experience within printing packaging POP displays graphics or related manufacturing industries.
• Six Sigma certification and/or Lean Manufacturing experience.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System experience.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar quality certification.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP and quality management systems.
