Resumen del Puesto El NPI Buyer I es responsable de la adquisición de materiales y componentes para nuevos proyectos, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad y costo. Responsabilidades Gestionar el ciclo completo de adquisición para nuevos productos (NPI), desde la solicitud de cotizaciones hasta la entrega. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ingeniería, producción y calidad para comprender las especificaciones y necesidades del producto. Identificar, evaluar y calificar proveedores potenciales de acuerdo con los estándares de ATL Technology, LLC. Negociar precios, términos y condiciones con los proveedores para optimizar costos y asegurar la calidad. Crear y gestionar órdenes de compra, asegurando la precisión de los datos y el seguimiento de los plazos de entrega. Monitorear el rendimiento de los proveedores y resolver cualquier problema relacionado con la entrega o la calidad de los materiales. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los proveedores para fomentar relaciones sólidas y estratégicas. Participar en revisiones de diseño para asegurar la capacidad de suministro y la optimización de costos desde las etapas iniciales del desarrollo del producto. Realizar análisis de mercado y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la cadena de suministro. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa. Calificaciones Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Cadena de Suministro o campo relacionado. Inglés avanzado. Experiencia previa de 1 a 3 años en compras, preferiblemente en un entorno de fabricación o NPI. Familiaridad con procesos de adquisición y gestión de proveedores. Capacidad demostrada para negociar y establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Se valorará el conocimiento de sistemas ERP (por ejemplo, SAP, Oracle). Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo rápido y con plazos ajustados. Orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
