Asteris Lending is looking for ambitious Sales Professionals to help grow our DSCR and RTL lending business. This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you'll take ownership of the customer relationship from the first conversation through closing.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Professional, you'll own the sales process and play a key role in helping clients find lending solutions that fit their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

• Connect with prospective borrowers and understand their financing goals.

• Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs and determine potential lending solutions.

• Educate clients on DSCR and RTL lending options and explain key benefits and requirements.

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.

• Build trusted relationships with clients throughout the lending process.

• Present lending solutions clearly and confidently.

• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.

• Negotiate and guide opportunities toward successful closing.

• Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward.

• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM.

• Partner with internal teams to help provide a smooth experience from application through closing.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced, self-driven sales professionals who are comfortable owning their results.

You should have:

• Proven success in sales, business development, lending, or a related field.

• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.

• Confidence making outbound calls and creating your own opportunities.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• The ability to speak comfortably with investors, business owners, and other clients.

• Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline from first contact through close.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset.

• The discipline to work independently and stay focused on performance goals.

• A professional and consultative approach to selling.

Experience in mortgage lending, commercial lending, DSCR, RTL, real estate finance, financial services, or other consultative sales environments is highly valued.
