Staffing Recruiter (92655)

This is a great opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional who has experience recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions and is ready to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.

In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, and technical talent. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify qualified candidates who align with business goals.

Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Range: $40-$45/hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and hiring.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.

• Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, and technical positions, including both exempt and non-exempt roles.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

• Review resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide hiring managers with updates on candidate progress, recruiting activity, and talent market conditions.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System.

• Support recruiting initiatives and process improvements that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Monitor recruiting metrics, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and hiring progress.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal business partners to support successful hiring outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

• Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

• Ability to understand job requirements and identify candidates with relevant technical or manufacturing experience.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases.

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and requisitions.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.

• A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and problem-solving.

• A willingness to learn, collaborate, and develop recruiting expertise in a corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, operations, or engineering roles.

• Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.

• Experience supporting high-volume or time-sensitive hiring needs.

• Previous experience partnering directly with hiring managers.

• Knowledge of manufacturing environments, technical job requirements, or skilled trades.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
