Corporate Recruiter

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite) Duration: Temp to Hire Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 Pay: $35-$40/hr. A leading automotive organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting while serving as a strategic HR partner to hiring managers across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with leaders, and has a proven track record of filling positions quickly while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of corporate and operational positions Maintain recruiting metrics, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports Ensure compliance with employment, immigration, and I-9 requirements Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and procedures Support HR projects, reporting, and organizational initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience managing full-cycle recruitment Strong knowledge of employment practices and compliance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems Preferred PHR or SHRM certification Immigration/visa administration experience Desired Skills and Experience Full-Cycle Recruiting Talent Acquisition Corporate Recruiting Candidate Sourcing Interviewing Recruitment Strategy Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Talent Pipeline Development Hiring Management Workforce Planning Employee Relations HR Compliance Immigration & Visa Administration I-9 Compliance Onboarding All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
