Position Details

Position: FSET Case Manager Location: 2306 South Park Street, Madison, WI 53713 (housed within the Dane County Human Services building)

What You'll Do

As an FSET Case Manager, you'll serve as a coach, advocate, and resource connector for individuals seeking employment and self-sufficiency. You'll build meaningful relationships with participants while helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.

In this role, you will:

Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way Make a meaningful impact in your community—one success story at a time

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with diverse populations A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success
