Manufacturing, Intake Team Lead

iRhythm seeks an Intake Team Lead for first-shift operations at its Deerfield facility. The role manages patch intake processes in a medical device manufacturing environment, requiring leadership of operators while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patch intake process from receiving through data processing
• Coach and mentor other operators on intake procedures and standard operating procedures
• Identify and escalate safety, quality, and process issues to line management
• Monitor daily productivity goals and ensure standardized workflows with consistent output
• Conduct routine quality checks and perform redline work on document changes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment experience
• Computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Team collaboration and dependability in fast-paced settings
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
• Understanding of lean techniques and continuous improvement principles

Compensation: $27.73 - $34.66 per hour
