Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary Seasonal Operations Associate supporting back-of-house efficiency and store operations for an approximately three-month seasonal period. The role focuses on inventory and stock management, repairs and after-sales support, and maintaining operational processes to uphold brand standards. The position supports the retail team to ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury environment. Responsibilities Manage inventory and stock processes to maintain accuracy and availability. Support client services and after-sales, including handling repairs and client follow-up. Oversee store facilities and operational systems to ensure smooth back-of-house functioning. Execute financial processes and administrative tasks related to store operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional client care and service. Requirements Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations or stock management. Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Experience in luxury retail preferred.
