# Operations Coordinator1100 E HECTOR ST STE 395 - CONSHOHOCKEN, PA 19428## DescriptionDrayNow is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to support the daily operational needs of an intermodal marketplace disrupting the freight industry. If you enjoy solving logistical challenges and are results-oriented, we want to hear from you!With the help of our award-winning technology, DrayNow Operations Coordinator actively optimize delivery operations and provide top-tier customer service to our clients (transport drivers, freight shippers, 3PLs, and brokers). The DrayNow platform enables our success advocates to monitor multiple first and last-mile intermodal freight shipments simultaneously.This role is based in our Conshohocken, PA headquarters, easily accessible from the Spring Mill Train Station. An on-site presence is required 3 days a week and 2 can be completed remotely. This position will be second shift to support West Coast hours (12pm – 9pm ET).**About Us**We are a small but rapidly growing team. We’re deeply invested in our work and seek industry professionals just as self-driven and passionate about our craft as we are.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** 1-4 years working in a customer service, support, or operations capacity* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus* Logistics, supply chain, or intermodal industry experience preferred* Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution* Self-motivated mindset: proactively engages with assignments to ensure optimal results* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Comfortable navigating software applications* Top-notch communicator: clear, concise, friendly and helpful* Attention to detail: nothing slips by you, you’re a hawk* Positive attitude: always finding the silver lining; the glass is half full* Must be comfortable working in a team environment* Succeeds within a fast-paced environment: at their best when things become intense* Coachable: passionately and collaboratively pursues growth and self-improvement* Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor even when under pressure**Responsibilities:*** Provide customer service via phone and email support to ensure smooth order execution* Order entry* Follow standard workflows to ensure all vested parties are set up for success* Provide professional, empathetic support to customer and driver inquiries* Embrace best practices that proactively identify and overcome obstacles* Monitor trips for on-time execution and remedy mechanical breakdowns when they arise* Review order documentation for accuracy and adherence to our standards* Ability to communicate upward within the organization to share market or user feedback* Extensive use of phone engagement practices to interact with our carrier network* Other duties, as assigned**Physical / Location Requirements:*** Use of phone and email support technology* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working via computer* Ability to commute to Conshohocken, PA**Schedule:*** 12 pm – 9 pm / Monday – Friday* Some weekends and after-hours availability may be required to support business needs* Rotating shift coverage may be required to maintain operational oversight during vacancies #J-18808-Ljbffr
